Aunt Amanda came for a visit, so we took her to The Big Texan (home of the 72 oz steak). You may notice that Grayson also had another 1st. He hasn't had any hard alcohol yet, he's just starting out with sitting at the bar. We also took a trip to the Palo Duro Canyon and got to do a little hiking.
Then we had an eventful final week of school. They really do it up when you graduate from the 5th grade. One day was an award ceremony, complete with a slide show of the years past. The last day of school was a 5th grade talent show. Lyvia sang a solo and she did so wonderful. We have just a short clip of the song. Then all the students lined up outside the school building so the 5th graders could go through and slap hands, just like a football game entrance without the running.
